Understanding Your Coverage
To make things simple, our warranty is broken into three parts:
1. Manufacturer Warranty
Covers defects in the fence materials themselves—such as cracking, breaking, or failure under normal conditions.
2. Workmanship Warranty
Covers how your fence is installed, including:
• Proper post setting
• Alignment and structure
• Overall build quality
3. Labor Warranty
Covers service-related adjustments after installation, such as minor fixes or corrections within the warranty period.
Vinyl & Aluminum Fences (Full Lifetime Coverage)
If you’re looking for maximum long-term protection, vinyl and aluminum fences offer our highest level of warranty coverage.
What’s Included:
• Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty – Covers defects in materials (up to 30 years)
• Lifetime Workmanship Warranty – Covers installation quality
• 1-Year Labor Warranty – Covers service-related adjustments
• Full system coverage, (posts, rails, panels, gates, and structural components)
• Hardware and gate functionality covered under normal use
Best For: Homeowners who want durability, low maintenance, and long-term peace of mind.
Stained Wood Fences (Upgraded Coverage)
Wood fences require more flexibility due to natural material behavior—but we offer upgraded protection where it matters most.
What’s Included:
• Lifetime PostMaster® Steel Post Warranty – Will not warp, twist, or crack like traditional wood posts
• 1-Year Workmanship Warranty
• 90-Day Labor & Material Warranty – (covers wood-related warping, twisting, and cracking within this period only)
• Gate adjustments within the 1-year warranty period
• Materials provided at cost after warranty period
After the warranty period, materials are still available at cost if repairs are needed.
Why This Matters:
We reinforce all wood fences with steel posts to prevent common issues like warping or structural failure.
Unstained Wood Fences (Limited Coverage)
Unstained wood is more susceptible to natural changes, so coverage is more limited.
What’s Included:
• Lifetime PostMaster® Steel Post Warranty – Won’t warp, twist, or crack like traditional wood posts
• 90-Day Workmanship Warranty Only
• Gate adjustments within 90 days
Important Note:
Wood is a natural material, and changes like warping, cracking, or color variation are expected and not covered long-term. There is no material warranty after 30 days.
What's Covered

• Steel PostMaster® posts on all wood fences
• Gate installation and proper function (within warranty period)
• Standard settling and minor adjustments within the labor warranty period
What's NOT Covered
Like any warranty, there are limitations. These include:
All Fence Types (Vinyl, Aluminum, and Wood)
• Wind or storm damage, including high wind events
• Acts of God (severe weather, fallen trees, etc.)
• Damage caused by external forces (vehicles, equipment, impact)
• Ground movement, shifting soil, erosion, or drainage issues
• Modifications or repairs performed by others
• Lack of maintenance or misuse
Material-Specific Exclusions Wood:
• Warping, twisting, shrinking, or cracking
• Natural expansion and contraction
• Fading, discoloration, or weathering
• Any material-related issues beyond stated warranty periods
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in the product itself, while our workmanship warranty covers the quality of the installation we perform. Wind and storm damage are not covered under these warranties and are typically handled through homeowner’s insurance.
